Most of us will on at least one occasion purchase or sell a property.
Creswick Saal Lawyers provide conveyancing services for both residential and commercial properties.
Most people simply sign an REIQ Contract for the purchase or sale of a property without knowing the terms and obligations contained within it. There are strict time requirements that need to be complied with, such as building and pest inspection, finance and settlement. There may also be other special conditions to the contract which need to be fully understood and appreciated. Failure to comply with the terms of the contract may enable the other party to terminate it and seek damages.
Creswick Saal Lawyers prides itself in ensuring that when we receive your contract it is reviewed by a solicitor and a letter regarding your rights and obligations under the contract is forwarded to you shortly thereafter.
We also provide pre-contractual advice in relation to any special conditions you believe should be included or excluded from the contract prior to entering into it.
We believe in developing a good rapport with the real estate agent involved in your conveyance and will work together with them to ensure that your sale or purchase proceeds without any unnecessary problems.
If you are buying a property we will provide you with advice in relation to stamp duty and the Commonwealth Government’s first home owner grant eligibility.
Our professional fees are competitive.
If any unforeseen problems or disputes arise we will work towards resolving those problems or disputes to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. If that work is not contemplated in our fixed cost with you we will advise you prior to commencing that work.
